Flowers - life’s simplest pleasure.
I’m Phyliss “H” (let’s be honest, who can pronounce a last name like ‘Hajnasiewicz’?) owner & designer of Wren Floral. I turned my love of flowers into a business after working in the corporate world for many years. Growing up on a farm, I really missed the great outdoors, getting dirt under my fingernails & the beautiful elements of God’s creation. So, I hung up my high heels & business attire, replacing them with a pair of jeans & work gloves.
My love of flowers started as a little girl, watching my mama perfect her many perennial gardens, and my love of wrens grew as I did. My daddy built bird houses for wrens, his favorite of all the species, and over the years, wrens became my favorite as well. Thus, the birth of Wren Floral, a tribute to a great man and wonderful woman. My folks did what they loved, and I’m blessed to be able to do what I love as well.
On a farm, the day doesn’t end until the work is done. Likewise, when people hire Wren Floral, there’s no rest until the flowers are at their best. I specialize in wedding floral services (there’s nothing like handing over a bouquet to an excited bride), but special occasions are equally as important. Whether it’s executing a wedding or arranging a heartfelt Mother’s Day bouquet -- or anything in between -- I work hard to make sure every bud and blossom is perfectly placed. More importantly, I strive to have laughter & joy along the way, because really, it’s a special day of celebration no matter the occasion.
